Purchase and download theSound FX pack from the CinePacks store and unzip the files. You’ll see all the sound effects labeled and organized into folders; go ahead and drag them straight into Adobe Premiere Pro.
Locate the sound effect you’d like to use in your project and drag it directly into your timeline. You can customize and adjust the sound effect to your liking by using tools like the Lowpass (found under Audio Effects).
Continue to experiment with the sound effects by layering them on top of one another and/or combining them to create a totally new sound! Use theRate Stretch tool by clicking “R” to speed up or slow down a particular sound effect. Keyframes are another great way to adjust these sound effects even more with fade ins and fade outs.
